Shipping and Delivery Details

Shipping Timeframe
Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Logistics and Transportation Time

Regular custom orders will be completed and shipped within 7 business days. Delivery times after shipment for orders within the United States are as follows:

• Continental United States: 9-15 business days
• International Orders: Depends on destination (usually 15-25 business days)

Note: Production time may be extended during statutory holidays and promotional seasons.

Order Processing Standards

All 3D portraits are custom-made pieces. Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship:

• Regular styles: Orders placed before 23:00 will be shipped the same day.
• Popular series: Fast shipping within 24 hours.
• Deep customization/engraving works: Meticulous production within 5-7 business days.

Note: Overall delivery time may be adjusted during peak seasons.

Service Notes

• Expedited service does not support delivery to post offices or military bases.
• Logistics time is estimated by the carrier; extreme weather/force majeure may cause delays.
• For any logistics issues after shipment, please contact the carrier directly. We will actively assist in handling the situation.
