Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Logistics and Transportation Time

 Delivery times after shipment for orders within the United States are as follows:

• Continental United States: 9-15 business days
• International Orders: Depends on destination (usually 15-25 business days)

Note: Production time may be extended during statutory holidays and promotional seasons.

Order Processing Standards

All 3D portraits are custom-made pieces. 

The standard process is estimated at 20-25 days, specifically including:

• Design: 3-5 business days
• Printing and post-processing: 5 business days
• International logistics: 7-15 business days

Note: Overall delivery time may be adjusted during peak seasons.

Service Notes

• Expedited service does not support delivery to post offices or military bases.
• Logistics time is estimated by the carrier; extreme weather/force majeure may cause delays.
• For any logistics issues after shipment, please contact the carrier directly. We will actively assist in handling the situation.
