      Order Modification and Cancellation Policy


      We support modifications to color, size, images, or cancellation/refund requests before the order enters production. Please contact customer service with your order number and specific requirements.


      Once customized products enter the production stage (i.e., design and production have begun), they cannot be cancelled or modified. If you insist on canceling your order at this time, a 30% customization resource occupancy fee will be charged per item, as personalized products cannot be resold.

      Return and Exchange Service Process

      Step 1: Submit an Application
      Please submit your return and exchange application via our official customer service email address, explaining the specific situation and attaching your order number.

      Step 2: Review and Confirmation
      Customer service will review your application within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive return and exchange instructions and a unique service number via email.

      Step 3: Return the Goods
      Please pack the goods properly according to the instructions (we recommend keeping the original packaging), use a trackable logistics method to return them, and keep the tracking number safe.

      Step 4: After-Sales Completion
      Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet our standards, we will arrange a refund or reissue service for you within 3 business days.

      Free return/exchange or full refund is available in the following situations:

      1. Customized content does not clearly match order requirements

      2. Wrong/missing items shipped, or visible damage

      3. Blurry printing, color deviation, or missing details

      4. Finished product size differs from agreed specifications

      Return/exchange service is not available in the following situations:

      1. More than 90 days after receipt

      2. Customized products without quality issues (as each piece is individually made)

      3. Improper use, accidental damage, or improper storage

      4. Opened personal items, or goods that affect resale

      5. Customer's own selection error

      6. Subjective reasons (such as changes in preferences)

      7. Partial return/exchange of set items

       

      Returns: Please send the item to the following address: 585 Waterfall Bay Road, Southern District, Hong Kong. Please do not return items without prior application; such returns will not be accepted.

       

      Important Notes
      1. Returned goods must be in their original condition, without signs of use or alteration.

      2. Coupons cannot be reissued once used.

      3. Customized product modifications/cancellations will incur a 30% customization fee (as production begins immediately upon order confirmation).

      4. Please use the original packaging for proper protection to avoid damage during transportation.

      5. Any adjustments to this policy will be announced on our official website. The final interpretation right belongs to our company.
